This Villa is located in midst of one the best & luxury golf course in India "Glade One Golf Course". If you are a nature lover who loves luxury and looking for peaceful break and time to think about life, you would love this place.
The Space:
Right from the lawns, to the golf course, you will experience nothing but greenery & beautiful landscaping all around Shahlet. Shahlet, is a luxurious weekend home that will end up keeping you there all week.
Retreat to this golf-view getaway from the urban chaos, Shahlet makes you remember that you belong here and not just the hectic life thats surrounded by concrete, crowd and all materialistic things. Fresher air then it ever gets. A lil bit of mist in the morning, birds chirping through out the day, crickets in the night, the whole thing is music to your ears and apple to you eyes.

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor.
- AC, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. Floor Mattresses are also available for all rooms.
BATHROOMS
- There are 3.5 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached & 0.5 common(swimming pool toilet)
- 3 attached bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- There is 1 living rooms on the ground floor and 1 open to sky lounge on the first floor.
- The ground floor living room offers sofa seating for 8 people and has 2 AC.
- The first floor open to sky lounge offers a nice. cozy outdoor seating for 4 people and can add more chairs.
- The dining area is part of the ground floor living room and has AC and seats up to 8 people.
- The huge lawn offers you to play outdoor games.
KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, mixer and induction plate.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
Glade One Golf Resort which is 5-7 drive from our villa, has a multi cuisine restaurant called, Tabebuia. Take-away options available from the restaurant.

This is a wheelchair friendly property.
Guest access
The guests have access to the entire villa. We don't rent out single rooms. There is parking space for 3 cars on the villa premise and outside the premise too. To get to Shahlet, keep driving straight from main security till you reach the Glade One Golf resort and just before that make a left and you will locate the Villa in that lane. Just for information, Shahlet is Villa G38.
LOCAL & HOUSE RULES:
- The listing is in the state of Gujarat (dry state) where consumption of alcohol is prohibited. Kindly adhere to this rule to avoid any legal action by law and order department. Indian/Foreign national having liquor permit issued by competent government authority may carry and consume within the premises.
-Drugs or any Banned/Illegal Substances and prostitution is not allowed in the Villa premises.
-Smoking of cigarettes/cigars or hookah inside the villa is not allowed. We recommend you smoke outdoors/around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire
-Parties, events, loud music, DJ, fire crackers, etc. without prior consent from owner is not allowed.
-Hard sports such as Cricket, Baseball, etc. that may potentially damage the lawns, plants, furniture, fixtures, windows, etc is not allowed.
-Decoration anywhere inside the villa or in the garden without prior consent from owner. is not allowed.
-Avoid littering, please manage the trash (House Waste, Kitchen Waste, Cigarette Butts, etc.) responsibly.
-No unregistered guests and/or visitors allowed. Total number of guests shall not exceed beyond the actual booking.
- The villa shall remain accessible to the caretakers, property owners and police personnel during random patrolling at all times for inspection.
- Guests are solely responsible to take care of their personal belongings.
- Request all guests to switch off the ACs when going out.
- Request all guests to switch off the Garden Lights before sleeping or when not in use.
- Kindly carry your own Towels, swimming towels, however if required we shall provide with same.
- Please keep the Doors and Windows Closed especially during evening to Avoid Mosquitoes and Insects entering the Cottage. Apply Mosquito Repellant while going out depending on the season and time.
- Any damage to the property or belongings will have to compensated at the replacement cost. and shall be deducted from Security Deposit.
- House cleaning (Floor Sweeping and Mopping) will be done once in a day. Any additional facilities like washing of utensils, clothes, cooking can be discussed with the caretaker separately for an additional charge directly payable to them.
- Linen is changed once before the check-in for short stay of up to 7 days. For long stay of more than 7 days, the Linen will be changed once every week.
- No Power Backup: Power outage may occur for a couple of hours during your stay. We do not have provision for power back up.
- Common Areas are under CCTV Surveillance.
- Strict adherence to the Check-in and Check-out Time is requested to ensure sufficient time to clear up the premises before subsequent guests.
- Any suspicious activity will be reported to the nearest police station without prior intimation or warning.
-PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VILLA IS UNDER THE SURVEILLANCE OF CCTVs FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SANITY OF OUR HOUSE. CCTVs ARE INSTALLED ONLY FOR SOLE PURPOSE OF SECURITY.
MANDATORY:
-A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF RS.5000/- PER. DAY TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO HOST WHICH SHALL BE RETURNED AFTER CHECK OUT.
- PHOTOCOPY OF EVERYONE’s PHOTO ID IS COMPULSORY & NEED TO BE SHARED WITH US THROUGH EMAIL OR WHAT’s APP 48 HOURS PRIOR.
- DECLARATION FORM ALSO NEED TO BE SIGNED & SEND PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Within the property, guests can play indoor games like chess, carrom and board games. There is a Table tennis table, as well as badminton set to enjoy. To add to this, we have archery and a golf putting set too.
Guests can fire up a barbecue or sit by the fireplace in the garden. Guests may also go to play the round of golf or at the driving range (at additional cost). The resort offers 800 acres of greenery & beautiful landscaping. If a game of golf at the course isn't what guests prefer, perhaps they could visit the Nalsarovar bird sanctuary or Dasada wild life sanctuary.
HOME TRUTHS:
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are chances that there might be power outage (hardly happens).
- The part-time caretaker stays in the premises of the same property and he's just a phone call away.
- We do not have WiFi facility but all mobile networks works fairly good here at 4G speed.
